How to Return an Item
Contact Customer Support
Email us at returns@monopeptides.com with your order number and reason for return. For damaged items, please include photos.
Receive Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return shipping instructions.
Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our returns facility. For defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage or discrepancy along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Note: Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until your claim is resolved, as we may need additional documentation.
